You gracefully arrive at Estelle Manor
When you arrive at Estelle Manor, you don't bumble up with your cases with your driver-guide grappling with all your bags. A small army of capped estate people transport your bags away into your room whilst you are greeted in the main hall. I wouldn't call it checking in, I would say arriving.

The hotel is an eclectic mix of cool vintage and English country house movie set. It is interesting. It is not like a hotel at all. It has character and is generally full of happy people – who are relaxed and never imposing when making a request. Which sadly is the way lots of establishments make you feel these days.

On warm sunny days, the pool area is the centre of the world, and guests are drawn to parasols and expansive lawns.

Accommodation
Select from 108 superbly appointed rooms with a non-hotel feel but a real English country house vibe, much like visiting successful and gracious friends. Other guests seem to know it is a special place and congratulate each other as they pass by.

The various accommodation options can suit any family group, couple or people with young children.

Rooms
Cosy rooms are comfortable and ideal for young people aged 13 and over – all with king-sized beds (21 sqm).

Country Rooms in the Manor house are slightly larger and perfect for young people. Each has a King bed and the usual Estelle Manor details (26 sqm).

Manor House Room has many high-end pieces of furniture and elegant chairs. King or emperor-sized bed (35-44 sqm).

Walled Garden Room and Large Walled Garden Rooms

As the name suggests, these rooms are surrounded by the lovely walled garden. They are light and have English rural touches. These rooms are a short hop to the Glasshouse restaurant and have King or emperor-sized beds and a fireplace with sisal rugs (35-44 sqm).

Stable Rooms have views over the southern lawn. Think velvet and rattan with classic antique mirrors. Emperor-sized beds (42 sqm). Some Stable Rooms have a private roof terrace, and there are larger ones with 48 sqm of space. Other Stable Rooms have a 44 sqm courtyard.

Suites
Walled Garden Cottage Suites have separate sitting rooms and fabulous bathtubs with skylights above. This accommodation is around 48 sqm and 44 sqm courtyard.

Manor House Suites have views over lawn or terrace. Expect chic vintage earlier 20^th-century furniture and emperor-sized beds (45-48 sqm).

Estate Suites are large and ideal for longer stays. They have bathtubs, a sofa area and emperor king-sized beds (55-60 sqm).

Estelle Suites are the largest and feature antique rugs, silk sofas and velvet club chairs. All Estelle suites have superb views over the south lawns and emperor king-size beds. There is also an Estelle Suite with a private balcony (70-87 sqm)

Stable and Walled Garden Suites have between 45-62 sqm of space.

Private Houses
Woodland Cottage has two bedrooms with super king-sized beds and private bathrooms. High ceiling lounge area with wood burning stove and dining table (90 sqm).

Hollyhock, the first of the seriously large vacation homes. Enjoy three master suites with fireplaces, tubs and emperor king-sized beds. The great hall is vaulted and has a wonderful bar area.

The Farriers is a sumptuous five bedroom property, with master suite and two en-suite rooms, plus children bedrooms on second floor. Expect botanical fabrics, kitchen and huge dining table. The Farriers benefits from a huge dining table.

Bluebell House is the ultimate retreat boasting six bedrooms, double height living spaces and boot room. There are three en-suites downstairs and one upstairs. Children's rooms also occupy the upper story along with a playroom.

Touring Guide
The great stately home of Blenheim Palace is only 15 minutes drive and Oxford 20 minutes. The historical villages of the Cotswolds are 20 to 30 minutes. We love to include a garden or two on our private driver-guided tours. Why not visit sublime Hidcote Manor Gardens and include either Stratford-Upon-Avon or child friendly Warwick Castle.
